Description

• Strategize and Execute - Collaborate with our Marketing, Developer Relations, Product Management, Partner Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to create and execute the strategic and tactical plan to strengthen MongoDB’s position as a market leader and preferred data platform for developers building innovative applications • Enable - Empower our Growth Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Sales and Customer Success teams with the right positioning, messaging, and content that continues to build preference for MongoDB with developers • Build - Messaging, GTM strategies, and content (e.g. decks, tutorials, webpages, white papers) that help prove to developers that MongoDB is an exceptional choice for their application requirements • Evangelize – Serve as a subject matter expert and drive awareness of MongoDB’s developer data platform with internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or developer relations, particularly with B2B SaaS or developer-facing products • An understanding of the database market, programming languages, frameworks, and developer tools • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to lead with a point of view and create impactful messaging and content under tight deadlines • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and external partners while also being able to move the ball forward independently • A low ego-to-talent ratio and collaborative spirit
