Description
• At Movement Labs, we are leading the way in blockchain technology with an open modular framework for building and deploying Move-based infrastructure, applications, and blockchains. • As a Staff Engineer in the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, observability, and performance of our infrastructure and networks. • Additionally, you will serve as an advocate, mentor, and architect in the company, ensuring that SRE has a significant impact on our product engineering efforts.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably on a release engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, SRE, or platform team. • Experience in driving initiatives to achieve engineering and operational excellence. • Ability to manage and deliver multiple streams of initiatives simultaneously. • Deep knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and the cloud-native approach, e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and tools like Terraform or Ansible. • Practical experience in shell scripting and proficiency in at least one higher-level language such as Python, Golang, or a similar language. • Experience in implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting, and observability systems. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
