Description

• Drive overall strategy for client advertising programs and organizing efforts • Define goals, design strategies and campaigns, and develop advertising plans • Work across multiple clients and client teams • Work with creative and messaging colleagues to develop message testing • Build and own relationships with client senior executives • Identify new opportunities for clients to grow their programs • Seek out opportunities to expand client accounts • Serve as a leader in the Advertising Practice Area • Drive client strategy and planning meetings • Lead strong teams • Coach and mentor junior staff • Drive conversations to build inclusive spaces

Requirements

• 10-12 years of political campaign experience with candidate campaigns, issue advocacy organizations, or with agencies that work with these clients • At least 4 years focused on digital advertising strategy in a leadership role • Ability to develop multi-channel media plans for social, programmatic display, video, and CTV • Experience with cross-channel digital strategies (email, field, SMS, P2P) • Experience setting cross-channel creative strategy using polling, message research, and message testing • Experience providing guidance and direction on creative deliverables • Understanding of key advertising metrics • Commitment to ethical data use and audience building • Demonstrated ability to bring an equity lens to campaigns • Strong network of contacts in digital marketing and nonprofit/political sector • Experience experimenting with new digital advertising strategies • Experience supporting the professional development of more junior staff
