Description

• Achieving growth goals for company KPIs on engagement and activation • Developing and implementing onboarding, engagement, and activation campaigns • Building and executing multi-channel onboarding and engagement campaigns • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on marketing strategies

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer activation, and engagement • Mobile app lifecycle experience is a must • Deep knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Klayvio, Salesforce, Iterable) • Proven experience in leveraging lifecycle marketing and experimentation • Proven experience in advanced segmentation and personalization • Technical email knowledge • Experience working cross-functionally • Developed creative briefs and provided feedback • Effective storyteller • Experience with reporting platforms • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps • Self-starter with minimal oversight • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS • Experience with subscription app marketing is a plus
