• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs • Manage audits and certifications, including mGAP and HARPC • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong food safety culture • Oversee sanitation practices and internal audits • Engage with suppliers and customers for food safety and quality • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or Food Science • 3-5 years of experience in food safety • Minimum of two years in a leadership role • HARPC and PCQI certifications required • SQF certification preferred
