• Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication. • Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication. • Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all content is prepared and organized. • Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries. • Proof publications for content quality and accuracy. • Assist with change requests during the revisions process. • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members. • Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience creating engaging, quality content. • The ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Strong organization, writing, and editing skills. • Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program. • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
