Description

• Supervises Customer Experience team members. • Develops Customer Care Center standards. • Provides feedback and training for agents. • Conducts performance appraisals and quality checks. • Owns and supports daily monitoring assignments. • Ensures appropriate training and resources for employees. • Assists manager with daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
