• Head of Strategic Partnerships - Digital Partnerships responsible for creating and managing high-impact relationships with partners • Develop trust and embrace an enterprising mindset to ensure the best outcomes for all parties involved • Manage and grow the relationship between Nayya and Partner leadership • Design and implement a consistent operating model across all types of partners • Collaborate with Nayya teams to develop and execute on strategic plans and ensure KPIs are met • Demonstrate Nayya value to partners and successfully renew and grow the relationship through product expansion
• Deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and broader insurance ecosystem • Ability to see the “big picture” and think long-term about partnership opportunities • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation – both in person and virtual • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • 12 years of account management/business development/consulting experience in the HR Tech industry • Inspiring people leader who can set clear goals, and manage effectively • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
