Description

• Develop and lead services strategy in alignment with global go to market strategy • Ensure high quality delivery of projects with positive customer feedback • Establish and foster executive relationships within largest partners and accounts • Understand NetBrain’s use cases and strategize effective resource utilization • Continuously build and improve service offerings and engagement strategies • Mentor and coach a team of Network Automation Consultants • Build a services plan to maximize NetBrain adoption and customer satisfaction • Define goals with measurable results and evaluate improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a STEM concentration • Network engineering background with a CCNP or equivalent certification preferred • Proven track record of leading successful teams that have exceeded goals in service delivery • Clear and thorough communicator with team and customers • Keen sense of the big picture with ability to maximize resources • Seek opportunities for big impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment
