• Responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. • Leads and mentors Software Engineers. • Hosts workshops and implements solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Provides technical pre-sales support. • Monitors engineers’ work, ensuring quality and delivery. • Prepares documentation and workshops to define customer requirements. • Collaborates with project managers to avoid unnecessary customization. • Researches industry impacts for product enhancements.
• 8-12 years’ experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company. • 3+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture. • Experience with CSM, FSM on the ServiceNow Platform • Passion in engineering science and technology. • Love for customer collaboration including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex situations. • Fundamental understanding of the CSM data model. • Experience with documentation software. • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment! • Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource in ServiceNow solutions delivery. • Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM. • Proficient in CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt. • Understanding of technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions. • Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform. • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology.
