Description

• Lead and inspire the regional grid integration team. • Drive the execution of projects within your region. • Foster a highly engaged culture of excellence. • Collaborate closely with regional managers and senior leadership. • Monitor and report on project progress. • Serve as a key liaison between Nexamp and external stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of best practices in grid integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or leadership roles within the renewables sector or at an electric utility. • 2+ years of experience in DER interconnection. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). • Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and drive project execution in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with grid interconnection processes, renewable energy technologies, and regulatory environments is highly desirable. • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes. • Strong knowledge of industry standard design codes. • Moderate proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. • Commitment to Nexamp's mission and solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.
