• Contribute internally to the ideation, development, and validation of new, and continuous improvement of existing analytical products and processes • Contribute to custom client deliverables and develop integrated analyses using proprietary tools and processes • Perform due-diligence on analysis results for accuracy and relevancy • Provide insights in response to client inquiries and deliver high level of service • Become a subject matter expert on NCS methodology and capabilities • Participate in cross functional teams/projects • Participate in knowledge sharing across the organization
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, quantitative social sciences (e.g. psychology, sociology, etc.) or hard sciences (e.g. engineering, computer science, etc.) OR undergraduate degree • 2+ years of relevant experience with strong analytical expertise • Strong quantitative skills and statistical knowledge • Experience with SQL • Experience working with statistical software and/or scripting language (R, Python) • Ability to learn and apply new analytical methods and tools • Curiosity, critical mind, and self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty • Ability to work under time pressure • Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams through complex problems • Strong attention to detail
