Description
• Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points • Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design. • Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability • Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working on customer facing and/or internal tools • Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Webpack • Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres • Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work • Familiarity with CI/CD • Familiarity with backend development and API integration.
