Description

• Work with the Sales Leadership and Product for GTM team support • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to measure and improve sales performance • Equip the GTM team with world-class resources like battle cards and playbooks • Partner with Sales managers to ramp new sales hires effectively • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to democratize knowledge

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota • 3+ years in sales and sales effectiveness roles is required • Strong preference for experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment • Deep understanding of sales plays, processes, and methodologies • Strong project management skills, able to hit milestones and drive results • Familiarity with Sales tech stack and tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo • Experience with change management and a passion for helping others succeed in sales • Engaging and capable of delivering inspirational training sessions and hosting events • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and engage with Senior Leadership
