Description
• Responsible for building out Novo’s risk and fraud systems that balance increased customer friction against the seamless movement of money • Work with engineering, design, operations, risk, data science, compliance, and other teams to achieve the business's strategies and objectives • Help shape the strategies and deliver an AI-first customer experience to Novo’s small business owners
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience of overall experience in the technology industry • 4+ years of experience in fraud & risk financial services space • 2+ years of experience in product management • 1+ years of experience in heavy data-focused work • Experience with risk and fraud teams applying data science to solve fraud problems • Experience with small business financing or other financial products • Proven track record delivering products with demonstrable contribution to business outcomes • Comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization
