Description
• Align HR strategies with business goals • Foster a positive work culture • Drive organizational effectiveness through impactful HR programs • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support • Drive initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, and performance management • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters • Analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
• Proficiency in HR management systems • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations • Experience with compensation and benefits design, talent management, and data analysis • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with experience as a business partner in a high growth startup • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
