Description

• Responsible for development and execution of NSC Congress & Expo sales • Develops annual sales plan focusing on exhibit sales and sponsorships • Achieves annually established sales goals among existing and new clients • Manages customer satisfaction through sales presentations/proposals • Works closely with Sr. Director to develop Association Partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Demonstrated ability to progress the sales process using consultative skills • Revenue-focused and hunter approach to sales conversion • Strong business acumen and ability to influence business decisions • Team player with strong communication skills, committed to being part of an inclusive and safe environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and event management software
