Description

• Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead identification and management, qualification, structured progression through sales stages, deal negotiation and close • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at customers and prospects, with functions including credit, risk management, portfolio analytics, finance, and business line management • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to identify value and deliver tailored demos and proposals for customers and prospects that address their business needs / pain points • Understand customers’ and prospects’ challenges and needs and effectively translate knowledge of ONci product into customer benefits • Conduct product demos, presentations and negotiations with prospects and clients • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting on key metrics • Consistently exceed sales quota targets. This is a quota-carrying sales position with a strong focus on new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts • Travel to customer locations in your territory in support of sales efforts (~25% of time)

Requirements

• Extensive sales and business development experience required, with a proven track record of selling SaaS/software to C-suite decision makers at large corporates in the US (experience in selling to financial institutions a plus) • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision makers at all levels • A hunter mentality with strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets • Proven capability to create territory / vertical go-to-market strategy and execution • Demonstrated ability to generate new leads through a variety of sources (personal network, connections, LinkedIn, industry events and conferences, cold outreach) • Strategic ability to innovate and improve sales processes • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
