Description

• Administrative responsibilities for the Partnerships team • Managing calendars, arranging travel, and monitoring expenses • Supporting office management responsibilities at NYC office 2-3 days per week

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, business, or office manager capacity • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, staff, and external parties • Proficient/Advanced MS Office Suite • Experience with CRMs, Concur, Jira, Smartsheets, Notion, Monday.com and/or similar platforms a plus • Bachelor’s degree • Highly independent, self-starter • Ability to think strategically and conceptually • Comfortable with ambiguity • Determined, resourceful and practical • Strong work ethic • Low ego and team-player • Maintains high standards and is results oriented • Operates with high level of discretion and ethics
