Description

• The Production Engineer will oversee, optimize, and maintain post-production infrastructure across various locations • Responsible for developing and maintaining workflows to organize, store, backup, and access media • Manage day-to-day needs by fulfilling media asset requests and developing self-service options

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production engineering, video production, Information Technology, or in a scientific data management role • Demonstrated project management and analytical capabilities and experience • Familiarity with LTO tape management and workflows – OceanX’s current archive system is based on LTO tapes • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite – OceanX media produces its content using Adobe Creative Suite • Familiarity with CatDV or similar Media Asset Management Solution – OceanX’s current media asset management solution is CatDV • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, staff, and external parties • Proficient/Advanced MS Office Suite (excel, word, ppt), Monday.com • Bachelor’s degree
