Description

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes • Coordinate employee training and development programs • Assist with performance management processes • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed • Maintain HR requirements and overall dashboard system for compliance • Administrative tasks and warehouse/office needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR or related field preferred • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks • Team player with a positive attitude • High degree of professionalism and integrity
