• Day-to-day responsibilities include procurement, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, office management, and enforcement of company policies. • Work closely with cross functional colleagues on IT, finance, legal and HR assignments. • Review and improve efficiency for existing procedures. • Evaluate and implement tools to improve workflow. • Support tasks that are in place and follow up as needed. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. • Some early tasks that have been identified: - Working with vendors for the office setup - Working with the security on the MDM roll-out - Being the point of contact when whom to go to is unclear - Implementing an approval tracking system - Create an inventory tracking system for the office
• Bachelor's degree with a history of academic and professional success. • At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-past startup environment. • Problem solver and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Someone willing to get down in the trenches and get their hands dirty. • Team player who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. • High empathy and strong business EQ. • Humble with a results-focused mindset, bringing excellence to everything you do. • Track record of assisting with complex, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully. • Someone who can manage and organize a large swath of information and have it readily available for those who request it. • Confidence with numbers and analyzing data. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
