• Architectural Leadership: Develop and design architectural solutions and diagrams that will be executed by your team • Team Development: Mentor team members to foster their individual growth and professional development • Standards and Improvement: Uphold and enhance engineering standards, continually seeking process optimizations and metric advancements within your team • Project Management: Oversee the delegation and delivery of projects, maintaining transparent communication with the product team regarding any shifts in timelines or expectations • Negotiation and Planning: Strategically negotiate timelines to ensure the integrity and quality of engineering outcomes • Recruitment and Team Building: Serve as the hiring manager, actively shaping and strengthening the team composition • Operational Oversight: Manage production deployments, ensuring the seamless and secure transition of products into production environments • Technical Proficiency: Gain a deep understanding of OneRail’s architecture and codebase to effectively support and guide engineering decisions • Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) team members to strategize and execute testing plans, thus ensuring the highest quality of deliverables
