• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business insurance needs and preferences. • Conduct thorough insurance reviews to assess coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to business clients. • Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients and prospects, explaining commercial coverage options and benefits. • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently. • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients. • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management. • Active California insurance license required. • Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and coverages. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
