Lead and oversee medical coordinators in a remote virtual clinic setting.

• Oversee a team of medical coordinator guides and specialists in patient care and operations in a virtual clinic setting.
• Report into the RN Manager.
• Partner with Clinical Medical Director on overall practice team performance, metrics, and workflows.
• Engage with cross-functional departments in a collaborative manner with medical coordinator workflows, engagement, and performance.
• Plan and facilitate training and onboarding of medical coordinator staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
