• Senior Software Engineer responsible for Palantir's observability platform • Partner with leadership to define technical strategy • Build a tech roadmap for scalability and risk reduction • Engage in technical discussions and reviews • Enable timely delivery of technical solutions • Facilitate partnerships between teams • Define technical standards and provide mentorship • Lead engineers and accelerate growth • Foster non-hierarchical exchange of ideas
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience • 2+ years contributing to system design or architecture • 1+ years of mentorship, tech lead, or team leadership experience • Strong coding skills in Go, Java, or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
