Description
• Oversee development, launch, and lifecycle of products • Engage with executive stakeholders • Lead and mentor a team of product managers • Oversee product roadmap development and maintenance • Define new market opportunities • Collect data to inform product direction • Make tradeoff decisions based on insights • Monitor launched products and provide insights • Communicate product plans and results
Requirements
• 10+ years product experience, with at least 5 years leading a team that delivered highly successful and innovative SaaS products • Experience building and leading teams in a fast faced B2B OR B2B2C SaaS organization. • Experience working across multiple teams and managing complex network of stakeholders • Obsession with details and data-driven decision making • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies. • Customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products • Experience with international product management and scaling products globally. • Proven ability with core product management disciplines such as Agile development, User experience, GTM planning, and market research. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
