Description
• Lead a collaborative budgeting process • Implement advanced forecasting techniques • Establish a continuous budget monitoring process • Facilitate regular monthly communication between Finance and functional departments • Implement a collaborative forecasting approach • Model strategic and financial plans • Manage and meet investor reporting requirements • Evaluate operational processes and expenses • Facilitate effective decision-making • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Support the CFO in preparing presentations • Assist with M&A activities • Works closely with department leaders
Requirements
• Extensive progressive experience in financial analysis, including exposure to global planning/foreign currency translation spanning at minimum seven years. • Experience working with subscription software (SaaS) companies and related metrics such as ARR, and retention. • Proven experience creating budgets and forecasts (all three statements) with input from functional teams. • Ability to understand financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and applicability to forecasted financial statements. • Strong understanding and ability to own and optimize forecasting, budgeting and related tools, technologies, and platforms. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. • Experience in a private equity-backed environment or fast-growing company is advantageous.
