Description

• Lead and manage the accounting department including financial reporting, auditing, and financial controls. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures tailored to both software and manufacturing operations. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives. • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems. • Mentor and develop accounting staff.

Requirements

• CPA certification required. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Extensive experience with international accounting standards. • Strong knowledge of GAAP. • Proven experience in both software and manufacturing industries. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in NetSuite preferred
