Description

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Polkadot ecosystem, with a focus on integrating JAM. • Collaborate with the research and incubation teams to identify and prototype blockchain solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of core blockchain components to ensure security, scalability, and reliability. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, providing insights and recommendations to drive the continuous improvement of our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Rust, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining blockchain tech, decentralised systems, or distributed databases at scale. • Understanding of blockchain technologies, with experience in protocol design and implementation. • In depth knowledge of software engineering best practices. • Ability to work in a fully autonomous environment.
