Description

• Perform administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. • Proactively manage and oversee all aspects of the company ITSM tool / ServiceNow instance ensuring platform availability and reliability. • Responsible for the development of workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform. • Coordinates and maintains relationships with related ServiceNow process teams. • Responsible for user management, platform upgrades, and producing reports and dashboards. • Act as the ServiceNow main point of contact for administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support. • Responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. • Works closely with stakeholders to develop a consistent view of product performance. • Evaluates new industry software and/or infrastructure technologies. • Ensures quality of applications through testing and following IT standards. • Builds test data necessary for performing tests, with experience in automated test frameworks preferred. • Responsible for ensuring applications meet security standards. • Identifies and reports risks to technologies, with experience in Risk Management preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent education and work experience. • Master's degree preferred. • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years professional IT development or support experience. • General knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean. • Experience with AWS, Windows Server environments, .NET, SSIS, IIS, Power BI, SQL, SQL Server. • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control tools preferred. • Effectively work within a team environment. • Effective written and oral communication.
