Description

• Work on Trust & Safety Machine Learning solutions for fraud detection and account safety • Conduct data analyses and proof-of-concept ML models • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design ML solutions • Analyze and prepare training data using crowdsourcing and data labeling techniques • Train and iterate on ML models using novel techniques • Deploy ML models and write backend code when necessary • Debug models and iterate on performance improvements

Requirements

• Experience creating end-to-end ML solutions for the Trust & Safety space • Writing clean and robust code in Python or other programming languages • Experience debugging complex systems with a systematic approach • Curious mindset to dive deeply into datasets • Solid communication skills and clear documentation • Growth mindset and aspiration to continuously improve • Passionate about building systems to keep creators and users safe
