• Oversee development and implementation of processes related to client payments and contracting • Administration of contract management tooling for client payments • Evaluate and implement an ERP tool for financial and contracting workflows • Partner with leadership and Customer Success on client performance reporting • Drive efficiency, optimization, and automation of contracting processes
• 7+ years of experience in financial operations, contract management, or related roles • Extremely detail oriented and organized, thrive in fast-paced environment • Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial and contracting processes • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, ERPs and/or other system implementations • Self-starter: thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight • Experienced business partner with excellent communication skills
