• Exceptional leadership and people management skills • Preference for experience managing offshore teams • Strong POV on enterprise architecture • Passion for using technology and innovation for good • Outcome-oriented with a track record of delivering to impressive timescales • Mentor and coach to teams • Proven ability to energize and motivate engineering teams • Significant startup / growth stage experience • Experience in building and maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap • Preference for experience in a regulated industry • Willingness to travel to London and Bangalore offices
