Description
• Help shape Pendo's approach to privacy and product compliance • Advise on legal risks related to new products and features • Support a privacy compliance program that scales to meet global regulations • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
Requirements
• JD and member of the applicable state bar in good standing. • At least 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience preferably in a B2B environment. • Ability to internalize the business's priorities, think creatively, exercise judgment, and translate legal requirements into actionable (and flexible) advice • Familiarity with global privacy laws • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively • A learning mindset and comfort operating in the gray
