Description

• Primary technical point of contact on a portfolio of accounts • Partnering with Customer Success Managers to support customers • Building relationships with stakeholders • Serving as technical advisor and crafting solutions • Working with product and engineering teams • Developing resources and processes for scaling customer support • Contributing to cross-functional team growth and success

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in technical customer-facing role • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence • Deep interest in understanding customer needs • High technical aptitude • Experience with APIs, web development, and writing scripts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative and coachable • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating uncharted territory • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure • Willingness to travel and meet customers in person

Benefits
