Description

• Supervising the on-site security team • Ensuring the safety and security of Pharmacann cultivation locations • Assisting with internal investigations of a sensitive nature • Maintaining a culture of professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age • 2 years of security, safety, or related experience. • High School degree or equivalent required. • 2-year college degree or related college coursework in criminal justice, risk management, or business is preferred. • Demonstrated safety, security, risk management, and client service capabilities. • Ability to deliver clear, concise, accurate and effective communication (verbal and written) proactively. • Ability to make sound and reasonable decisions through careful evaluation and understanding of the impact of those decisions.
