Description

• Lead the planning, development, and launch of innovative data products, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through deployment. • Define and measure key product metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on data products, making sure they meet diverse user needs. • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage data for business advantage. • Advocate for a data-informed culture, promoting data literacy and best practices across the organization. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data technology, reporting, and visualization tools, ensuring our data capabilities remain competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience as a Data Product Manager or similar role, with hands-on expertise in Tableau for reporting and visualization. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
