• Manage and maintain customer relationships to drive adoption and business value • Manage customer implementations, ensuring understanding of platform's value • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors • Establish goals and KPIs, and navigate through multiple departments within organizations • Deliver presentations, trainings, and lead community development • Develop deep product expertise and work closely with product team on vision and roadmap

Requirements

• Significant experience in account management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company • Proven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior audience • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and provide reporting insights • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprises and driving engagement • Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced start-up environment • Ability to adapt to changing product landscape and customer needs • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
