• Oversee the optimization, delivery, and tracking of lead-generation marketing and assets • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales & other Senior Leaders to build strategy and ensure campaign success • Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals • Provide ongoing review of marketing systems and reporting tools • Coordinate online campaign launches and consolidate data from various sources
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 3 years of experience in a marketing operations or analytics role within specific industries • Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing technologies • Track record of automating and building sustainable solutions • Resourceful, creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
