Requirements
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ people • Experience with React and REST API backends • Familiarity with distributed systems • Ability to recruit world-class talent, and make sure they have the conditions to do their best work • Use creativity to get outcomes, not outputs • Growth mindset, courage and curiosity to stretch beyond your previous experiences
