Requirements
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ people • Experience with usage based billing • Familiarity with distributed systems • Recruit world-class talent, and make sure they have the conditions to do their best work • Drive clarity to ship complex projects in high impact areas • Develop a multi-year vision & strategy with incremental deliverables • Establish high technical standards and processes • Growth mindset, courage and curiosity to stretch beyond your previous experiences
