Description

• As a member of the Product and Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to execute the department’s product roadmap • Validate client needs, pain points, and business opportunities through ongoing user research • Actively define roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities • Communicate requirements and technical details to stakeholders, including engineering teams • Continuously improve our external and internal deliverables and operational processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of product management experience • A proven record of shipping high impact data solutions and workflow tools • Bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals • Experience gathering user-centric requirements and writing functional specification documents • Superior attention to detail including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong audience awareness • Strong understanding of the Public Equity domain • Experience collaborating with data gathering/operations teams • Demonstrate application of artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions to improve process efficiency. This includes knowledge of Optical Character Recognition, Classifier training, and Prompt Engineering • Experience communicating with remote teams and stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Outlook, Word, and Excel skills with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
