Description
• Complete required PitchBook trainings to learn sales strategy, company culture, and gain industry knowledge • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals including demo and call volume while providing an excellent experience for prospective clients • Connect with prospects through written and verbal communication in order to book demos that show off the PitchBook product offering and drive deal closure • Prospect potential accounts, searching for key points of contact through marketing generated leads • Drive engagement with prospects through marketing provided materials via Highspot • Act as a consultant to prospects by seeking to understand their needs and business priorities • Guide potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify leads and drive new opportunities • Work closely with our Outside Sales team to learn about the needs of our clients and the end-to-end sales cycle • Document the details of each prospective client interaction in Salesforce to improve the customer experience and drive deal closure • Consistent follow-up on prospective client inquiries • Set and achieve a professional development goal during your internship • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Requirements
• Currently enrolled as a junior in a higher education program (college or university): Business, Economics, Finance, and related majors preferred
