• Lead one of the most critical work-streams and goals for the company's most important goal for the year. • Gain extensive collaboration opportunities with cross functional leaders across the company (Risk Operations, Product, GTM, Network Enablement, Customer Growth and Experience, Billing), influence technical direction across several critical teams. • Learn to navigate significant technical and organizational complexity to drive impactful outcomes Opportunity to grow their scope from one area (Customer Risk) to a larger organizational scope (Product Platform that encompasses several teams e.g Consumer Risk, Privacy Governance etc)

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with extensive experience in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping successful projects. • Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping successful projects. • Excellent cross functional collaboration, communication and project management skills. • Excellent coding, testing and system design skills. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. • Experience working with operations, product, design, and data science. • [Nice-to-have] Experience in the customer risk/due diligence engineering domain.
