Description

• The Senior AI Researcher/Developer/Architect will be embedded within the firm’s Discretionary Equity business • Responsible for identifying, developing, and building potential solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning • Will play a unique role identifying key business problems and solving them with AI/ML techniques • Projects will span on-premises and AWS environments, leveraging Kafka, Spark, Cloud warehouses, and Data Lakes, using Java, Python, and SQL • Collaborate across the firm to define AI Strategy for infrastructure, architecture, models, and data needs

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leveraging AI/ML to drive/improve financial outcomes or similar / adjacent fields • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience • Development, ownership, and technical leadership of AI solutions, including model selection, fine-tuning, and ideally model development • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
