Description

• Responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for all capabilities in the revenue cycle portfolio across Senior Care customer segments • Develop and communicate strategy, priorities and roadmaps to all stakeholders and align on outcomes • Lead, coach and grow a team of product managers, collaborating and supporting product delivery efforts • Collaborate heavily with leadership across the company to evaluate, prioritize, and execute on new opportunities • Ensure success across the entire product portfolio by drawing upon deep familiarity with the healthcare domain and customer needs • Lead teams through discovery and delivery processes • Bring a collaborative approach and lead as a player coach to ensure successful outcomes for customers • Use a data-driven decision making process and foster that culture within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study • 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS business with working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models • 3+ year experience managing and mentoring a team • Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions • High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution • Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization, particularly with executive audiences • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change and desires continuous iteration and improvement on products and processes
