Description

• Help manage and execute segmented, automated campaigns throughout various stages of the PrizePicks customer journey. • Assist in creating and maintaining visual representations of the customer journey to improve clarity and strategy alignment. • Support the development and execution of CRM campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights on campaign results. • Participate in A/B testing and other segmented campaign initiatives aimed at driving customer engagement, retention, and growth. • Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for customer engagement. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and creative, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business goals. • Provide broad support across all CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts, assisting wherever needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in CRM, email, lifecycle, or customer marketing. • Basic understanding of automated CRM platforms like Braze, or other similar tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong copywriting and email marketing experience. • A keen interest in the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) industry.
