Description
• Drive Daily Organic Engagement: Create and manage daily CRM campaigns. • Optimize User Interaction: Develop daily engagement initiatives tailored to user segments. • Track, Analyze, and Improve: Monitor performance of daily engagement strategies. • Collaborate on Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute campaigns with cross-functional teams. • A/B Testing and Segmentation: Support testing efforts for effective engagement strategies. • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends for engagement enhancement. • Cross-Department Coordination: Ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in customer, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing. • Basic understanding of automated CRM platforms like Braze or similar tools. • Experience in organic marketing channels, including push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines. • Interest in the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) industry.
