Description

• Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact • Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals • Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention • Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition • Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development • Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services • Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar field • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Track record of achieving sales quotas • Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) • Proficiency with MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • WFH office set up or ability to work from office
